Tasked with designing a rooftop microbrewery with craft beer for South Africans, I selected Woolworths as the brand and curated a gourmet menu as well as limited edition craft beer. This Microbrewery inspired by the quality and taste of Woolworths SA, it's designed to elevate the standard day-to-day ‘pub’ into a classy and exclusive experience. For those who savour the taste of artisanal beers along with an exquisite meal to pair are precisely who this Microbrewery is for! Re-defining beer culture in South Africa to a more luxurious and elegant standard.
